Why are there only a limited number of dates that can be selected on the reservation screen?
A
As we give priority to members, reservations for the general public must be made two months in advance. Also, summer lessons have different times, so there is a separate reservation page. If you have a preferred date, please let us know and we can make a tentative reservation.

How do I book a surf school?

Reservations can be made through the official website. When making a reservation, you can choose the date, time and number of sessions you wish to attend.

What should I do if I want to cancel surf school because I'm unwell?
A
If you need to cancel a lesson due to illness or other reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. Please rest assured that we are flexible about rescheduling or canceling reservations.

I want to cancel my reservation, how do I do it?
A
You can also cancel your reservation. If you need to cancel due to work, health, or other reasons, please contact us in advance. We can also discuss rescheduling your appointment.

How do I change my surf school booking?
A
If you are not feeling well or are unable to attend, you can change the date of your appointment. Please feel free to contact us and we will adjust the date and time accordingly.

I would like to book my next lesson. Can you tell me what dates are available?

If you let us know your desired date by email or LINE, we will check the availability and make a reservation. If there is no availability, we will suggest another date.

I would like to use the remaining lessons on a lesson plan I previously signed up for. Is it still valid?
A
Yes, it is valid as long as it is within the period notified at the time of the contract. We will accept reservations for your next lesson, so please let us know the date you would like to take it.

What should I do if I need to cancel a lesson at short notice?
A
We can also accommodate last minute cancellations. If you contact us early, we will pass the information on to the instructor and deal with the situation. Please let us know if you need to cancel.

What is the cancellation policy?
A
Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Changes can be made up to 2 days (48 hours) in advance.
If the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons on our part, there will be no cancellation fee.
